Today, Discount Towing Canberra helped me tow my partner’s motorbike. Since I know nothing about motorcycles and needed urgent assistance, I was feeling very stressed and anxious. To my surprise, once I contacted them, they told me that they would come quickly – and they truly were like lifesavers. I especially want to thank the tow truck driver Rob and his boss. I also had some large luggage that I couldn’t fit into my own car, and I was really worried about what to do. Once again, Rob stepped in like a lifesaver – he kindly offered to load my belongings onto the tow truck without charging any extra fee. I’m truly grateful for the professional, kind, and generous service from Discount Towing Canberra, and especially for Rob’s help. Highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience with this towing team this morning. They were extremely responsive and arrived promptly when we needed assistance. Our driveway is very narrow, located underground, and has very limited height clearance — not an easy job at all. However, Mat and his colleague handled the situation with impressive skill, strength, and experience. They worked efficiently and resolved the issue quickly without any fuss. What stood out most was their professionalism and sense of responsibility. They approached the situation calmly and confidently, and it was clear they genuinely care about doing the job properly. Canberra is fortunate to have service providers like this. Highly recommended.

Rob is an absolute legend, gave me a tow late night on Christmas Day for a very reasonable price and in short time as well as again today when my Beamer decided to do Beamer things again, can’t thank these legends enough especially Rob

The guys were friendly, quick, and professional with a really affordable price. They really took the time to help out, even swapping the truck because we were in an undercover car park. Timely, competent and very understanding.

He was a consummate professional, was super careful with my low car, was incredibly efficient and topped all this off with being a great, friendly, fellow to chat with during the loading, during the transport and then during the unload. Rob also, kindly, offered to help me get my car tucked snugly back into my garage, too! 😎 All of which helped in a BIG way to minimise the stress of the breakdown resulting in the need for the tow… ☺️ Deadset legend! 110% will use Discount Towing again, should I need another tow (and definitely hope I get Rob again!)!!!!! Definitely recommend… 😉

Fast, reliable and trustworthy. Have used Discount Towing multiple times and each time they have the knowledge and the know how to safely tow and transport my vehicles and even my husbands huge tool boxes! The drivers are super friendly and pricing is great too! Definitely recommend!
