We had a great experience with the plumbers who came to fix our appliances(Samuel&Israel). They arrived on time, were very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was fixed properly. They were also very respectful of our home and cleaned up after finishing the job. Exceptional Service and True Professionals!! I can’t thank Discount Plumbing enough! I called them at 11:30 PM after noticing drainage backup, and by 10:30 the next morning, their team was already on-site. They quickly found the root cause — tree roots had invaded our sewer line. Leo was outstanding — professional, honest, and thorough. He showed us the camera inspection, explained everything clearly, and recommended a trenchless sewer line repair along with a clean-out installation to prevent future issues. The pricing was very fair, and there were no hidden costs. The team arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and left the area spotless.
