The customer service rep. told me that I would be approved through credit through Kornerstone credit to finance me the matress. She explained to me that they would help me pay and deduct monthly from my account until it was payed off. I agreed to finance with them, WORST MISTAKE EVER !!! That is only true if you pay it within 3 months!!! I called Kornerstone because 5 moths later they are still taking out from my account unfortunately what lady told me would be the total was a lie! They are charging me basically an extra $600 as interest! For ONE full size mattress and the base! This is ridiculous and. READ THE CONTRACT FULLY IF U DECIDE TO GO THERE SHE SEEMED HONEST & I TRUSTED her enough to explain to me truthfully which she didn’t ! So basically I’m paying $1,200 for a full regular 8 inch matress!!! Never again !

Bought a platform bed frame and never even took it out of the box. Tried to return it and am getting a run around from the business saying they aren't accepting returns due to covid. That is just them trying to make a bs excuse when I am able to enter the store as well as other customers so what kind of excuse is that! It was never opened! I want a refund and will be contacting the BBB if I continue to get the run around

Yasmin who helped me was so helpful and really knew her mattresses. She knew exactly which mattress matched me. And even didn't mind when I had to change the size. Very pleasant experience!!
