Discount Garage Repair is a GREAT company to work with! No BS! They answered call right away (talked to a real person) and listened to all my questions and concerns. A technician was sent right away to assess the situation, and then a free estimate was provided on the spot. After I received the estimate I had a few follow up questions and those were addressed right away and honestly. There was no upselling, and no pressure. I needed a new garage door and install occurred without any delay. Heck, they even said it could be done very next day, so another A+ for customer service. And then a HUGE shout out to Jose!!! Jose was the technician who provided the estimate and performed the install. What an awesome guy! Punctual, effective communicator, detailed, professional, and took pride in his workmanship. While fixing the springs, he pointed out a few other issues but made it clear that none of them were urgent. He let me know what may need attention in the future, like the rollers, without any pressure. I appreciated his honesty, politeness, and the fact that the company provided two pricing options upfront. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely refer this company to my neighbors.

I had an appointment with Sun City they canceled out on me. Set me for search of a new company! I am glad they canceled out! When I spoke to Mark I made the decision right there and then because he knew exactly what was wrong and quoted me and my gosh very reasonable rate!
