Discount Garage Repair is a GREAT company to work with! No BS! They answered call right away (talked to a real person) and listened to all my questions and concerns. A technician was sent right away to assess the situation, and then a free estimate was provided on the spot. After I received the estimate I had a few follow up questions and those were addressed right away and honestly. There was no upselling, and no pressure. I needed a new garage door and install occurred without any delay. Heck, they even said it could be done very next day, so another A+ for customer service. And then a HUGE shout out to Jose!!! Jose was the technician who provided the estimate and performed the install. What an awesome guy! Punctual, effective communicator, detailed, professional, and took pride in his workmanship. He never rushed, but rather checked over everything multiple times to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you once again Jose! It was a pleasure to meet you!

My garage door was intermittently not opening when using the garage remote. Contacted Discount Garage Repair and I could not be any happier with the service I received. Jose was the technician that provided the service and he is a true professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he planned to resolve the problem. Jose came the same day that we called in about our problem. He repaired a broken spring and damaged cables for one of our single garage doors. It turned out that the automatic opener was also damaged, probably from the weight of the door when the spring was getting weak. We decided to get a new automatic opener on the second door also so that both door openers would be the same and since they were old. Jose did a good job and was very knowledgeable and courteous. The prices were well below other companies. The courtesy and professionalism shown by Jose and the Owner were above 5 stars. Jose had everything on his truck that we needed. It was great getting everything completed in one appointment. I highly recommend Discount Garage Repair.
