Joe, Jeff and Kevin worked on the installation of our new fence at our home in Grosse Pointe Farms. They did an exceptional, outstanding job with the install. In addition, they were prompt, arriving everyday shortly before 8:00. Their installation skills resulted in a perfect, professional end product. This company was so perfect for us. We have terrible neighbors on one side and Jennifer was so professional with handling our unique situation. The crew put up a beautiful vinyl fence with no problems- and put a wood fence up on the other side which we love and our other neighbor loves

Perfect take down and instalation of new wood fence. Installers Joe, Jeff and Tie did a fast and perfect job.

So I called on Sunday and left a message, Jennifer called me back quickly and made me a appointment to come give me a quote on Monday evening at 6:15. Monday Morning she called me back to reschedule for Tuesday evening at 6:15, I was getting a very good vibe from this company seeing how they were very punctual and on top of there communication with a customer and was looking forward to doing business with them. But then Tuesday at 6:15 Jennifer was a no show and no call, I called her at 6:40 to see if she was still coming by and I also left a message. It is now Wednesday at 6:30 and I still have not heard back from Jennifer. I am also a business owner, and understand things come up, and this is definitely not the way I treat my clients.

They do great work. This team of professionals know what they are doing and really did an exceptional job. We asked for several last minute changes and even asked to have my asphalt driveway edge cut. Brent went the extra mile and did a beautiful job, even cleaning up my mess! There was even concrete work that was done and any time there was saw cuts, everything was clean cut and square. It was a big job covering over a half acre of fence (both chain link and wood). The new fence and gates looks terrific and the price is great. I will absolutely recommend Discount Fence and will use them again for a future project I have coming up.
