We bought vinyl flooring from here. The prices were reasonable and the quality was good. They also helped with arranging an installer and delivery, which made the process easier. We renovated the flooring in our home and overall we’re happy with the result. The staff seemed more focused on genuinely helping rather than just making a sale, which we appreciated. Would recommend.

Out of the many places I contacted, Discount Carpet & Flooring was the quickest and responded back via text with samples immediately. I was able to book for the same week and within 3 days of contacting, the carpet was removed and replaced. The deposit secured by booking and the carpet that was shown to me. I would use them again!

One of the first things we wanted to do was to change our flooring. Of all the places we went to, Sophia at Discount Carpet and Flooring was by far the most knowledgeable (and friendly!). She walked us through all the options and discussed the pros and cons. She provided us an estimate and also provided us all the information we needed to obtain strata approval. She took the time to explain all the steps and answered my (very many) questions. Our installers (Mahmut and Juan Pablo) were also amazing. We had to change the plan multiple times due to us not knowing how the previous floors were installed and I really appreciate their patience with this project. They were kind, skillful and kept me updated regarding the progress. Thank you so much!

UPDATE: I had give a very good review before abut since then this happend, about 6 months ago we replace this flooring in an office space and now they are saying this is installation issue when clearly is not, This flooring was installed by a 25 years ticketed Carpenter, not any jack of all trades, this company will blame you and they wont back up their product. PLEASE don't buy anything from here. I was happy as you can see and bought lots of flooring but this won't be the case anymore. According to them they send their installeer at site the installer did tge inspection and he said that if self level was done then the material was faulty, I have proof that self level was done but still they won't take any responsibility. Please save your money and buy somewhere else. was very helpful she gave me a few samples and the discount on flooring is very good, I will definitely be buying here again.

I found this company on Facebook. Hakan is one of the owners, was responsive on showing up for the estimation and walking thru the end to end install. We went to the shop and went with Mohawk flooring. he ensured us the quality what we were getting and what was required to ensure the install would go smooth, specifically the levelling. Pricing was fair and his service was top notch. Happy to work with Discount directly and avoiding the middle man
