CANCELLATIONS/RE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS We require 48 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. Deposits are not refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before it is due. If rescheduling a session, a new date must be secured 7 days from the original session date for voucher to retain it’s validity. Rescheduling a session more than once will incur an additional $50 deposit each time. CREATIVE CONTROL Bay 360 Pet Photography reserves creative control over the design and content of each photo shoot and all photographic content. We may, at our discretion decline to create certain types or styles of photography. We reserve the right to refuse to produce images of certain sizes or combinations of sizes if we believe such images would reflect in a negative way on the reputation of Bay 360 Pet Photography as a professional studio.
