It was so so bad to deal with them. Ordered the items but it took so long to arrive. Called them multiple times to only get a reply saying that they will deliver it the next day but nothing came. After multiple times of chasing after our orders, to get a reply that it will be delivered to us 1 week after which we are okay with. However, 2-3 days later another email came to ask us to swap for a higher priced item due to the delay of the product. We refused and ask for a refund since our items couldn’t be delivered to us. However, after this email has been sent, they revert back saying that it will be delivered to us on the date that they promised earlier. So were they trying to upsell us saying that the product is delayed but in the end it “definitely” could be delivered to us on the date they mentioned earlier. Even getting back our refund is so hard, we had to send so many chaser emails and it has been a week. Attitude of the employee is so poor, the email sent back does not even include any greetings nor sign off. Says so much about this company dealing with customer.

Ordered a certain brand of cranberry juice from Direct Wholesale. I was informed that it was out of stock (same situation in supermarkets I went to). I was promptly told that they were awaiting new shipment. After 2 days, the products were delivered to my home. They were responsive throughout the whole process. Well done!!

Very irresponsible, cheat you to buy another item said it 100% same as the 1 we order which he fail his promise to deliver on time. but after item arrive which we are not home to check, when we need use than we saw is not the same thing we order, we immediately inform him than he push away the responsible to us and say is we never check on spot. refuse to refund. Please consider if you want to buy from him, he will tell you everything he have, end up he don't and push you to buy another which is not same and you have no choice. we saw the bad reviews last time but just want to give a try, now really regret it after we buy. now we understand why so many people have bad review with them. good luck.

Bad service and untrusted to make an order from this company , when you gave them the enquiries for some product they will said yes "WE HAVE" and two days later "hi sorry someone already took that items and now sold out because we cant keep good pending until invoice issued and payment made". how you can imagine that? We are waiting the invoice from them and they blaming us because we didnt made a payment and cant hold that product. AMAZING and SPEECHLESS Thats how you doing a business @directwholesalesg ??? Thanks to wasting my time to keep waiting an invoice from you.

Has been ordering drinking water from them for two years. Relatedly good price and usually delivery within 2-3 working days. The helpline is very helpful and the delivery guy is very friendly.
