Out of 4 local (Carlisle) companies I called, Direct Tanks were the only ones who responded and acted as though they wanted my business. From initial discussion of my requirements for replacing existing oil tank, to me sending photos, receiving a quote by return, and the job being done within a week, the communications, friendliness and professionalism were faultless. A very clean. Tidy and efficient job, and a happy customer. Why aren't all tradespeople like this?! Many thanks Allister & Ewan.
