Diminished Value Appraisal Claims

It may sound too good to be true but it is not. Many don't realize if you hire a third party appraiser for your totaled vehicle (after being low-balled by insurance) then it forces insurance to have to hire one as well. In my case I ended up with over $6k more than insurance was going to give me. Richard and Emily were wonderful - efficient and on on-the-ball. Obviously worth the small fee they charge. 2023 Ram 1500 total loss. Richard and his team were absolutely Amazing. Right there from start to finish. When my Insurance company tried to take advantage of me with a low ball total loss offer DVAC said No Way. We went all the way to arbitration and they were there for me. They got me an extra $8000!!! This place is FANTASTIC! Rafael made it a very easy process providing all the necessary information and pictures to DVAC. Their experts assessed the diminished value (diminution of value) of my car due to my car accident, and they provided the specific factors, research, and comparisions on which they based their assessment. Lost my car in an accident with no injuries but the at-fault insurer was giving me a really low price considering the upgrades and personalizations I had put on the car. - I had negotiated with the adjuster myself, and came to DVAC to ensure that the valuation price was an acceptable price, and they were very helpful! They provide a free consult, they ask for your reports and run the numbers to make sure you know what price you should ask for your vehicle before you go back to the adjuster. I had a good price before going to them, and they sadly were not able to help me get a better price because I was already there, and they advised me to take the valuation settlement. Their fees are reasonable and their customer service is amazing. Highly recommend the team at DVAC, the countless amazing reviews speak for themselves. Keep it up guys :)

This business helped us tremendously!! Progressive was really trying to tell us they would only give 1k on 10k worth of damage. DVAC was able to help us by sending the report & progressive called & said they’d have the check sent out in two days.
