A customer called us about his 2019 Chevrolet Silverado with 15,479 miles on the clock. He was hit by an at fault driver. The responsible-at fault Insurance Company paid $18,675. 46 to repair his truck. He inquired about diminished value, but the insurance company stated that they did not believe his truck lost value and that he would have to provide proof.
