Definitely a great experience with Dimatt shop. Jesus and Norman replaced my wheel bearing on my Ford truck on my trip to Gatlinburg and everything went so well and professional. Definitely recommend this place. So grateful to these people that saved my day!

I definitely recommend this shop! I needed to replace my brakes and Jesus was able to knock out my pads, rotors, and calipers in a short amount of time for a reasonable price! I normally don't post reviews but Jesus really is an absolute rockstar in a world where sometimes it's hard to find an honest mechanic. Thank you, Jesus, for getting me back on the road!

We came to Tennessee on vacation and my battery light came on on Christmas Eve. I called Jesus and he saw us the day after Christmas first thing in the morning, he was very professional, great service and genuine a great guy. He installed a new alternator and we were able to go back home with no issues. Thank you Jesus fo all the attention and service. God bless you and your family. Highly recommend.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Jesus and his team were absolutely incredible when I ran into car trouble during our trip. Within minutes of my car being towed to the shop, he was able to diagnose the issue and clearly explain what needed to be done. He and his wife went truly above and beyond to get the necessary parts and have everything completed in time for me to leave as originally planned (less than 24 hours later!) Car trouble is never convenient, but they made a stressful situation so much easier. They saved me time, money, and a great deal of stress, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. To top it off, while being towed and Ubering around, four different people independently told me I was at the right shop and in great hands. They are truly caring, honest, and exceptional. I feel incredibly grateful to have ended up here. Thank you so much :)

I've heard my breakes squeaking while going down the hill and knew I need breakes. Called the shop in the morning and Jesus told me to bring it in right away. Left the car around 10 am and he said he will get it done right away because we are on vacation. Two hours later it was done and I had a big surprise, price was less than my mechanic in Illinois. Great job, great experience, and I waited few days for review to make sure breakes are good. Again great job, thank you Jesus

100% recommend this place! Me and my boyfriend were in Gatlinburg for thanksgiving break and not expecting car trouble, when my boyfriend’s truck engine light came on showing we needed to replace the thermostat. We brought it to Dimatt and luckily they caught a blown gasket on the thermostat and replaced it quickly, they also filled the truck with 2 bottles of coolant and gave us the rest for free to refill the next morning if needed. They were genuine with helping us, fast paced, and reasonably priced. They deserve a five star for also staying past their work hours to make sure we could get in and get taken care of.

While on vacation with a rental car, we picked up a nail in the tire. We went to DIMATT without an appointment. He got us in right away. He repaired the tire and got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Our experience was amazing. Very happy choosing this business.

I got a flat tire in a rental car on the way down to Gatlinburg. I ordered a tire as it was an off the wall brand. When it arrived Dimatts got me in right away and remounted and charged my tire. Quick service even without an appointment. Friendly family service. Highly recommended.

My son had a flat tire while we were on vacation. We did a quick Google search and found DIMATT. We ended up needing 2 tires, but they had us back on the road in about 30 minutes and very reasonably priced!! Thank you for saving our day!!
