My inspector Dan was very thorough! And answered all my questions at the site. I had the Home Inspection, Mold, Termite and Radon tests done. I got the reports back with photos and recommendations in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Diligent.

The initial inspection was really thorough, but when I purchased the Cost Outline Report for a few hundred extra dollars, the repairs didn’t match what the report (and the inspector) had flagged. If the report is generated by an algorithm/AI, it needs tuning because the output didn’t reflect the inspection. I emailed asking them to correct it or refund it and never heard back.
