Worst customer service that does not match with the kind of money they charge. Does not take responsibility for their incompetence. We have had the same problems or glitches and errors where AC turns on its own or just losing access to controls since they "completed" the installation. Has been "fixing" the issue for almost a year and take a long time to actually show up when called for maintenance. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
