It was a positive and enjoyable experience from booking to completion of appointment. Friendly and understanding staff. Small and cozy waiting room. My hygienist Hailey Wills was gentle, efficient, respectful and I can actually say was a pain-free experience which is a first for me with cleaning after a year. I also had all the required w-rays and my DA Kayley also achieved the most comfortable experience I’ve had. I have a small mouth and often the x-ray cards cut into the bottom or top of my mouth. Not this time, super impressed and grateful. Dr. J, fabulous and again, efficient, detailed, honest, experienced and took the time to explain detailed options for bridge, crown and implants based on my coverage. I highly recommend this office for dental services. Thank you Didsbury Dental, my fears have been diminished with your kind and friendly professionals. See you in November.

Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable!! I had not been to the dentist in a long time, and was pretty nervous about the visit. Kayleigh who did the X-rays and pictures, was so great, and very knowledgeable! Great to chat with! Dr. Orser was very nice and explained everything very well. Hailey my hygienist was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The technology they have makes everything simple and quick!

As someone who has a great fear of dentists I must say the staff at Didsbury Dental were amazing. They were patient caring and very understanding with my fear. They would explain what they were doing and allowed me to take a break when needed. They were very professional and super friendly. I will be happy to return to them ☺️

After not seeing a dentist for nearly 30 years, an accident forced me into Didsbury Dental — and I couldn’t be more grateful. Over the past few months I’ve had extractions (with oral sedation), a root canal, a crown, fillings, and bone grafting, and every visit has been completely pain-free. Dr. Orser, Monique, Kaylee, and the entire team are professional, patient, and genuinely caring. The bone grafting is healing beautifully, and I feel confident heading toward dental implants in 2026. Best of all, I no longer have any fear of the dentist. Highly recommend Didsbury Dental. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you all so very much.

Didsbury Dental has always been good to care about my dental hygiene and encouraging ways to improve. Kaylee makes a point of getting to know you as a client and remebers details about me and my family. Yeah, I know she uses a database, but hey, not everyone employees it in the proper way as Kaylee does! : ) I don't dread dentist appointments at Didsbury Dental.

I was a patient of this clinic and was happy with Dr. J, until I needed to have a procedure done that required me to deal with the office manager Joey! I’ve never dealt with someone who is so unprofessional and difficult to work with. She has lost track of what their office does and her position, within the company. You would think she owned the clinic and can charge whatever she wants. They’re supposed to be there to help people with dental issues, but unfortunately, the only thing Joey cares about is herself. In the end I went to a different clinic, Day Dental, definitely worth the drive!!! The differences in the implant service being offered, was so drastically different, it was unnerving. I cannot suggest strongly enough, GET A SECOND OPINION, they’re only giving you the bare minimum required of them, but charging a specialists rate. If you have to deal with Joey, don’t ask questions, which you expect an answer to. I am actually surprised she’s still employed with them, due to the way she treats people and her behaviour being, so unprofessional. The rainbow here is, due to Joey’s conduct, I got that second opinion and everything went fantastic with my procedure, at Day Dental. It’s too bad Dr. J, works at this clinic. I will never go back after the way I was treated. I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this clinic, knowing what I know now. Get a second opinion if you’re dealing with this clinic or considering using them.

I am a committed "fear of dental work" person. I finally went to get work done after years of avoiding it. I was happily surprised and grateful for the experience I had with you. I'm very satisfied with the work done and it was virtually painless. From the dentist to everyone in the office I am appreciative of your respect, professionalism, and kindness.

I’ve had Caylee for my last two cleanings, and she does a fantastic job. She’s very patient and detail-oriented in her work. I would definitely recommend seeing her!

Very nice crew of professionals. Never in my left have I felt more thoroughly cared for from a dental practitioner. You can tell everyone gets along and you can feel a teamwork vibe. Keep up the good work everyone :)

First time at the new dentist and I was very impressed. Everybody I interacted with could not have been nicer. There were several scans etc that I have never had done before in my (long) life, and they went out of their way to accommodate my pre existing medical condition. They also have all the best kit, and I do love a nifty gadget.
