Outstanding Service from Dibble Electric I recently hired Dibble Electric for the electrical work on my new home in Surry, VA, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Danny Dibble responded quickly with a detailed quote based on my floor plan, and we scheduled a site visit to go over everything in person. He arrived early, walked through the scope with me, and made a few helpful adjustments. He gave a clear start date and timeline—and stuck to it. His crew was professional, courteous, and left the job site clean every day. The work was done exactly as promised, with no surprises. Amazing experience from beginning to end. I called to have an EV outlet installed in my home. I was scheduled for a consult in 24 hours. They sent the estimate same day, and I was on the schedule the following week. They made the process so seamless, and their quality of work is amazing! Highly recommend!

Dibble wired our house. They provided friendly service, going above and beyond answering our questions. Once we moved in and got our appliances delivered, we had a breaker that was tripping, which was no fault of Dibble. The owner came out immediately, and we discovered an issue with the appliance. Dibble fixed the wiring in the appliance and saved the day. I called them for another job: wiring an interlock switch, plug, and cable to plug in our portable generator to the house. They installed it and showed me how it worked. We’ve hired them for other jobs as well. I’ve called to simply ask electrical questions, and they take the time to explain. Dibble does quality, honest work. We love their customer service, and good people are hard to find. I recommend them if you want the job done right.

We needed to replace our old and dangerous Federal Pacific stab lock electrical panel and add a sub panel to our shed. We called Dibble Electrical on Christmas Eve to leave a message to get a quote for the work. Lindsay answered the phone, got my information and had me send pictures of the panel. On 12/29, Dibble came out and provided me an estimate. I called Lindsay back and she fit me in for 1/8-1/9 install. Will and Nicole showed up on time and got to work! By 1:30 the panel was finished and inspected with power back on AND the trench dug to the sub panel! The next day they returned to finish the job and by noon they were done. Very friendly, professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend Dibble Electrical for your electrical needs!

Will from Dibble Electric came out last week to replace our panel box and we were very impressed. He was on time, very pleasant and professional, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after himself. From the first phone call to the company all the way to the finished job, they were great to work with and we would definitely use them again for any future needs. It’s refreshing to deal with a company and a technician (thank you Will!) that actually cares about the quality of their work.

I had the pleasure of working with Dibble Electrical during construction of my house. Danny, the owner, was available throughout the process and was terrific when the project deviated from the original plan. Danny added a second 200 amp panel, after the house was occupied, which was not a simple task. He walked me through a timeline, he’d set with the utility company and the county, to de-energize the house, expand the service, inspect the change and finally re-energize the house. Dominion showed up first thing in the morning and notified us they were there to pull the service - without interruption the Dibble installed Generac whole home generator was running and I was able to work the entire day. During that time Danny and I talked about the expansion project, a schedule for utilizing, but not over exerting, the generator and he performed the upgrades. The county came out the following day and inspected the work without issue. Dominion was out a few hours later and re-energized the house. We were without power for 30 hours, which beat the original timeline of 48. The work Dibble Electrical performed on this engagement was great, but the communication was what really stood out to me. Coordinating multiple entities with limited disruption for the resident is not easy, but Danny was sensitive to this and planned and executed perfectly. Thank you to Dibble Electrical!

We are very pleased with the work we had done by Dibble! Needed a bathroom fan installed and another replaced as well as adding two outlets. They were very responsive, affordable, and were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. We will use them again for future electrical needs!

Had an electrical emergency and Dibble came promptly to investigate. Gave us a super reasonable quote for a panel replacement and then did the work in less than 3 business days. Yay! Thank you so much, Dibble Electrical! Lindsay was amazing to work with scheduling Danny to give us an estimate on wiring our electric panel for a portable generator. The estimate was a little less than expected. Then we set a date & time for Will to come and do the work. He showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and was a lot fun to chat with!! Then, I asked if he could wire two dimmer switches inside the house. Voilà, it was done! And Will cleaned up! I don't hand out 5 stars unless they are earned, and Dibble Electrical earned every single one!
