Chris was nice, well dressed, and had a clipboard. His estimate for one of the bathrooms needing remodeling was reasonable, but he was completely irresponsible about deadlines and communication, and didn't even estimate the second bathroom we had looked at together. The original estimate was suppose to take "a couple of days." I texted 6 days later for a followup, and received no response, so I called the following day and was told he hadn't forgotten about me, and that the estimate would be in a couple more days. Another full week passed, another text message sent to him and ignored, and I assumed he was just ghosting me, but Chris sent an estimate a few days later (two and a half weeks late) covering half of the work required in a poorly written, one-long-run-on-sentence invoice, with no further responses when I asked about the second bathroom. Completely irresponsible.
