One of the most responsive businesses I have ever dealt with. Jose and his team handle my weekly service and have also addressed some equipment issues. If you have a question or issue with your pool, Jose will respond right away, usually within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable and can quickly handle any issue that might arise. Next Level Service provided by this company. I contacted them based on five star Google reviews and it was well worth it. Jose was extremely honest and gave us pricing straight to the point. He went above, and beyond what we agreed on and helped us out as we travel out of town. We called him to empty the pool, clean it, refill and balance. He also replaced our filter and skimmer. Highly recommended. We also have him now doing our weekly Service on this property.

Called Diamond pool with an issue of my pump not priming. Tech advised me to remove filter and run pump without it to see if it would prime. That did the trick! It was a bad filter causing the issue. After countless visits to other pool stores and none of them suggested to try this. Diamond pool got my pool pump running right again after a 5 minute phone call.

I have had several pool cleaning companies and have finally found the one! Jose and his staff are professional, skilled, and dependable. They send me a photo after the work is complete each week and my pool has been sparkling clean since I started service. The previous few companies left me stressed and with a pool that was neglected and dirty. I know I am in good hands now and that my pool is always well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Diamond pools does a great weekly maintenance on our pool. I recently reached out about having automation added to our pool, and the company was very responsive with the quote and came out the next day to do the install. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had Diamond Pools service my pool for almost a year and they always do a great job! They come once a week. And provide all the chemicals needed to keep my pool looking fabulous!! Once they are done they send me an email letting me know the service has been complete. They were also able to find and fix a small pool leak I had. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pool service!!

We have been using Diamond Pool Spa for about a year and I kid you not, they are always on time. They are here every week without fail on a Tuesday. I have had experience with other pool technicians and they are usually unreliable. Jose and his team are wonderful and so professional. My pool is ALWAYS clean because of him. He's always on time and takes the time to explain anything you need, ou pool has been perfect since Diamond Pool & Spa started taking care of it. I definitely highly recommend this company.
