I'm really satisfied with their range hood cleaning service! From the appointment to the completion of the cleaning, the entire process was very professional. The staff arrived on time, were friendly, and carefully inspected every part of the range hood to ensure no blind spots were missed. The cleaning process was very thorough, and all the grease was completely removed, making the restaurant kitchen look brand new. I strongly recommend it to all restaurant owners who need to clean their kitchen equipment!

Irvin and his guys do an amazing job for cleaning commercial hoods! My experience with them has been great. They always try to work with us regarding our operating hours. Very fast and clean service, with no residue left from the job. They also have the best prices in the CLT area for the professionalism they offer. Absolutely unprofessional. I called this company to repair my commercial hoods motor and belt. They stated i needed a new motor. So i opted to go ahead and upgrade it since it’s an older unit. They replaced the motor and it was running a bit louder than before but i decided that maybe it was a stronger unit. That new motor lasted all of an hour. I called them back and told them about it and they stated they couldn’t come back until the next day. This is Wednesday of last week. They came back and the motor had no power but the wires at the motor had power. So they opted to try to repair my original motor that worked just fine and in the midst of that they fried it as well. It is now Tuesday of the following week and they still haven’t fixed it. They just stated that this is a first time for this. So now i have a burnt up motor and a repair company that’s not sure what to do. Will not recommend to anyone. They state they will show up at a specific time then show up hours later just to tell me the parts store is closed and they would have to come back the next day which they didn’t. I called and a lady answered the phone and just hung up on me. I’ve been nothing but nice to this company and employees. But now my kitchen has been closed for a week. I will be perusing legal actions against them.

Great man and company! Cleaned beyond expectations! Super clean hood fan and exterior all done at night. I highly recommend!. It was a great experience working with them.
