The company and Jose promised to be here before my haircut appointment and accommodated to my requests, I have placed a service call for my sofa 🛋️ due to my 2 dogs stained and what not . Jose Was very thorough of the cleaning , front, back sides and corners of the sofa. This is my second time doing business with this company and yes they are legit , they know how to get the job done !

Clarence did a fantastic job on our rug and couch. He was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. They are on time and also give you a notification if they are on the way.

Clarence did an awesome job! He came and was done within an hour. I have a golden retriever so my sectional gets pretty gross, but it looks wayyyy better. My baby was asleep & there was minimal noise so she didn’t even wake up. This is actually my third time using Dial Carpet Cleaning for my sectional. I’ll keep using them!

Jesus and Adrian did an amazing job cleaning the stairs and bedrooms in my house. Jose was prompt, communicative, and super quick! Our couch was a floor model at Costco and it was so sad looking. 🤣 But we only paid $300 to buy it so a $119 cleaning sounded great. I wish I had taken a before picture because it looks like a completely different couch now. He let us know that color doesn’t come out, which makes sense. But I wasn’t expecting everything else to disappear as well as it did. We are super happy with our interaction with Dial Carpet and Jose our technician. Be sure to have a space for the van to park where the hoses can reach the item/space you want cleaned. We were able to use our carport spot at our condo bring the hoses up the balcony. Very happy with our results and the price point.
