I've done business with Mr. Dial's company over the years and have NEVER been disappointed! Clarence is extremely professional. Today's carpet service was fantastic and I will be calling back for my upholstery next!!

Very polite, on time. Clearance did a great job. I just saw some areas that are still dark on the grout. I will take a tooth brush to it. These are two after pictures.

The company and Jose promised to be here before my haircut appointment and accommodated to my requests, I have placed a service call for my sofa 🛋️ due to my 2 dogs stained and what not . Jose Was very thorough of the cleaning , front, back sides and corners of the sofa. This is my second time doing business with this company and yes they are legit , they know how to get the job done !

Thank you for rectify the situation. Damaso was Awesome!!! Not only did he do a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets but he also provided Awesome customer service!! He asked me what was I trying to achieve like getting my deposit back. He went thru each room and Explained to me what it would take. I told what I wanted and Damaso came thru!!!

Great Job. Clarence showed up. Looked around and got right to work. He moved some furniture out of the way and finished 3 rooms and staircase in about 90 Min- 2 hrs. I’ll use them again

The owner was very kind and professional from the minute I reached out to them regarding cleaning our carpets.Jose from Dial Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL. Our carpets look brand new and the urine smell is gone. I would recommend this company to anyone. The prices are great and they do am excellent job.
