Jose was prompt, communicative, and super quick! Our couch was a floor model at Costco and it was so sad looking. 🤣 But we only paid $300 to buy it so a $119 cleaning sounded great. I wish I had taken a before picture because it looks like a completely different couch now. He let us know that color doesn’t come out, which makes sense. But I wasn’t expecting everything else to disappear as well as it did. We are super happy with our interaction with Dial Carpet and Jose our technician. Be sure to have a space for the van to park where the hoses can reach the item/space you want cleaned. We were able to use our carport spot at our condo bring the hoses up the balcony. Very happy with our results and the price point.

BEST Carpet company in Las Vegas I have them come out and wash my sectional couch once a month. I have a very large couch and they only charge me $120 per visit when other companies wanted $300 to $400 for the same job I got for $120 and I will never use another company ever again five stars all the way

This was my first time using Dial carpet cleaning. The two guys that came to clean the carpet did not cover the corner walls and ruined the paint. I called them but offer me no excuse for it. I would not recommend.
