I wish I could give Dhesi Meat zero stars. I ordered five plates of cholay patoray for a Father's Day event, and as soon as we opened the first tray, we found a hair on top of the Dahi. We discarded the Dahi, assuming it was a genuine mistake, and continued with the rest of our meal. However, in another plate, we discovered two metal pieces from a wire brush in the cholay. This made us decide it wasn't safe to eat any more of the food.
When I called Dhesi Meat expecting a refund, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The owner then demanded we repackage the food and drop it off to get our refund. I didn't expect such a petty response for such a small refund from a business. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience.
What made the situation even worse was the lack of concern for food safety and customer service. Instead of addressing the serious issue of metal objects in the food, they made it inconvenient and frustrating for us to resolve the problem. I was shocked by their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience ruined our Father's Day celebration, and I strongly advise others to avoid Dhesi Meat.
