I want to document this experience clearly and factually so future customers can make an informed decision.
I paid $250 upfront for the initial inspection. The agreed scope of work was straightforward: replace the sensor and install a new part.
Payment was made on 9/11/2025. The job was not completed until 11/19/2025. That is over two months for a repair that should not require this amount of time. During this period, there were repeated delays, rescheduling, and long gaps with no follow-up.
Had I not already paid the $250, I would have terminated the service and hired another company. Unfortunately, once payment is taken, the customer loses leverage — and this company appears to operate with that understanding.
Communication was consistently unprofessional. Calls were hung up on more than once when I asked why technicians failed to show up. The explanations were always the same: “emergency” or “traffic.” Appointments were missed repeatedly. Punctuality did not exist.
I am writing this review not out of anger, but out of responsibility. Most people do not take the time to leave reviews. When someone does, it is usually to warn others of an experience they would not want repeated.

They charge $250 upfront just for a so-called “basic inspection”, claiming it will be applied toward future repair costs. Once they have your money, they drag everything out endlessly, leaving you stuck and unable to switch to another company. This feels like a deliberate strategy to lock customers in.
What makes this even worse is that they charged me for parts they never replaced.
I clearly remember being told that the dryer heating sensor would be replaced with a new one, and I paid for that service accordingly. In reality, nothing was replaced. They simply “adjusted” the old part and tried to pass it off as new.
• First visit: the problem was NOT fixed.
• Second visit: still NOT fixed.
• They insisted the old part was new, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, this company is extremely dishonest. When it comes to collecting payment, they are very aggressive. When it comes to actually doing the work, they are slow, careless, and evasive.
For a washer and dryer:
• Replacing a washer control box and inner drum
• “Fixing” the dryer by merely adjusting the heating sensor (not replacing it)
The total cost came close to $1,000.
At that price point, any reasonable person would have been better off buying a brand-new washer and dryer instead of dealing with this nightmare.
They are also constantly late or cancel appointments, always claiming they are dealing with “emergency cases,” forcing repeated rescheduling. The entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and unprofessional.
If you are reading this review, consider yourself very lucky.
Please take this seriously:
DO NOT — under any circumstances — hire this company to repair appliances, air conditioners, or anything else.
You will regret it.
Save your time. Save your money. Save your sanity. Stay far away.
