DFW Physicians Medical Associates is pleased to announce our newest provider serving our Psychiatry Specialty. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Emmanuel Nji PMHNP-BC. Emmanuel Nji is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
He has training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Emmanuel has diagnosed, treated, and prescribed medication for children, adolescents, adults/Geriatric.
Some of his practice specialties include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia. Emmanuel earned his Masters in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialization, from the Maryville University St Louis.
His journey in healthcare began 11 years ago as a Registered Nurse in Corrections and dialysis where he began to notice people with mental health disorders. Realizing that the impact of mental disorder is not only on the individuals well being and their future but on the community as a whole, he yearned for knowledge to help my community. Emmanuel believes that as a provider he should never say "I cannot help you”, but instead tell a patient to give him time, so he can do some research and consult with colleagues to see how they can help you get the best care.
In his free time, Emmanuel enjoys swimming, fishing, playing long tennis, and travelling the world.
