The owner, Wilmer, has been great to work with. He communicates well, is very easy to talk with, and he takes time to explain everything he's offering to do. When it came time to do the job, he and his colleague put a lot of work into removing moss from our house and garage roofs, doing a soft wash process, cleaned some green algae that was on the front of our gutters, and power washed our front walkway and steps. The result is excellent, and the price was fair for all the work they did. I'd be happy to recommend Dex Power Washing and Roof Cleaning to anyone who needs this kind of service.

I've used Dex power washing a couple of times now and they do a terrific job! They are very thorough and efficient. The brickface and stucco are cleaned so well they appear newly installed. Highly recommended!

So, I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guards installed. I also requested to have some gutters diverted to a different side of my house. I must say that Wilmer and Quan did an excellent job. There's a big difference from doing your job because of the money, and doing it for the passion - it shows in the work... The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Not only did he and his team make our house look like new, we was able to accommodate the aggressive timeline we had for him to complete the task. These two brothers did amazing work on my house. They were very easy to schedule with. They came out and made a quote that was very competitively priced after talking through the job. They showed up on time on the scheduled day and did amazing work, going above and beyond helping me reinstall some shutters knocked off by wind storms. They also were great at communicating about any issues and left me knowing more about my house and its state than when they arrived. I can highly recommend them!
