I stayed at a hotel in Evansville, In for my 34 hour reset. Monday morning I discovered a flat tire off the bead on my truck. I was unable to get it to bead on my own so I reluctantly went to google a truck repair shop nearby. They answered and said they could get me in right away. The guys in the shop treated me great, got me in, and went to work. After a simple attempt to reseat the tire, we noticed a large piece of metal in the tread, which turned out to be the end of a pocket knife. The tire was then dismounted, patched, and reinstalled. After all was done, I went to the office to pay my bill. I was dreading the final number, knowing what a name brand shop would charge… My bill ended up at $155.
As an owner operator and former heavy duty mechanic, I know they could’ve charge me at least double to do that work. I appreciate them charging a fair and honest rate to help me out.
Would recommend for any repair in the area!
