We had 110V issue on a recent trip. I tried to troubleshoot the issue and realized it was beyond my skill set. I contacted Devil Dog and the problem was quickly identified. He ordered the part and quickly resolved the issue. He recommended installing an on board surge protector. He installed the parts and quickly had everything up and running. Hard worker, knowledgeable & great workmanship. He will be my go to guy for my RV issues from here on.

My husband and I are so thankful we found Levon, Devil Dog RV Repair, via an internet search. We have a 2018 trailer camper, and he has come to our rescue twice at two campgrounds near Greenville. Through the years, we have taken our camper to a dealer in Atlanta and to a Greenville RV repair shop for professional repairs. We always had to wait long periods to get an appointment and for repairs to be completed. In autumn 2024, we called Levon, and he came directly to our campsite in Travelers Rest that afternoon. He expertly repaired an outdoor shower that was leaking water inside the camper wall. Serious damage averted! In July 2025, we arrived at our destination for a week of lakeside camping and discovered our refrigerator/freezer, which was fully loaded with a week's worth of meals, had stopped working. We called Levon, and he came to our campsite that afternoon. The job turned out to be more complex than just the refrigerator, so he returned the next day with parts to replace the failing controller and to get the refrigerator fully operational again. We were quickly back in business and able to enjoy our week of camping with no food loss (and brief help from styrofoam coolers). Levon exceeds all expectations in his service repairs. He is retired military with an engineering background, and his technical expertise is far above any traditional RV repair shop. He comes to the customer, he doesn't have long wait times, and his prices are reasonable. We will never take our camper to a repair shop again. Excellence and Complete Awesomeness is an understatement!! Customer service was outstanding! He responded and came quickly. He diagnosed, fixed our problem and.... I had a couple questions with some other minor issues he promptly fixed and gave advice on how to make them better. He definitely has a servants heart! We were impressed beyond words! Great customer service. We are staying at a campground and needed service for our travel trailer. He came right out and replaced our water pump, fixed the water heater and installed a new slide topper. Super friendly and a great price. Will definitely not hesitate to call them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Levon. My problem was an easy fix and he could have been dishonest about it. Instead he hooked up my rv to test my brakes (to make sure that the emergency cable I had left off hadn’t made the rv brakes burn out). He checked everything over and was very nice—not abusing the fact that I was a single woman trying to deal with all of this alone. Thanks so much Levon. PS Weeks later .... Levon has continued to help me in so many ways. Thanks to him I was able to get my RV in shape to sell it. I really don't think it would have happened without his help.

Contacted Devil Dog when our camper brakes and wheel bearings broke on our way to Coneross Campground. Levon worked for 2 days to get us back on the road. He was extremely knowledgeable, hard working and empathetic. We are so grateful for his service!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this veteran-owned business for a problem with my R.V. water heater. My girlfriend called them up for help, and we were amazed by the level of customer service we received. The owner was a great person who took the time to listen to our problem and offered a solution at a price that was much more reasonable than the other companies we had contacted. Not only was the price great, but the owner also got the job done very fast. We were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we received. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the owner of this business. I called Levon a few months ago to replace my hot water heater. He came out and did the work and I was very satisfied. He's a friendly and professional man and does good work. I've called him back out to do some more work and was satisfied with what he did each time. He's coming out to Oconee county from Greenville and that never seems to be a problem and his prices are fair considering he's traveling over an hour to get here. I'd definitely recommend Levon.

He came out once for a charge of $270 and he spent an hour helping problem solve and working with my husband. The job wasn’t done and now he has ghosted us completely. Won’t answer his phone. Won’t respond to texts. Crickets. So frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend! He gets two stars only because he spent time working and helping us figure out next steps.

Devil Dog Mobile Rv Repair, talked to Levon, a Marin Veteran, about an issue with the inverter/charger in our motor home. He advised he would have time that evening and to text my location and issue for him. He showed up quickly and resolved my issues and had the battery charger working. Levon has a great understanding of electronics and worked intently and was successful resolving g the issues. Charges were fair and results were “5” star. Great job
