From start to finish, he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable and seamless. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about delivering great results. If I could have given 10 stars I would. 10/10 would recommend. Milton is very professional, welcoming and really good at what he does. Customer service was top notch and he kept me well informed during and after the process. I came in nervous and left confident. Overall great experience!

Got my smp done in August 2025. He had a hard time getting my line right. He blamed it on the shape of my head..smh.. I should have known something was fishy then when he said something foolish like that when he supposed to be the professional..also there's a lot of blotching in my head because he uses a bigger needle and didn't take his time. Also the density was off. There's a lot of spaces that needed to be filled. A lot of mistakes.. he made a lot of them.. . I had to go get a touch up and fix all the many mistakes he made for additional $2,000. This guy works two jobs so sometimes it's kind of hard for him to focus completely on your head. He got off of work after work and I believe he worked around 10 to 12 hour shift. He set my appointment right after he got off of work from working in Long hours. If I knew that in advance I would have canceled that appointment but he mentioned that in the second session.That's The reason my line was messed up because he was tired. That first session was the biggest mistake because that's where he completely destroyed my line because he was too tired. He had my line looking like a Nike sign and it took him about three sessions even to fix it. But it's still screwed up.. Not saying that he does not have a good personality but his work to me and to my experience is below average. I paid the guy $2,500 and 3 to 4 months later I had to pay somebody else $2,000 to fix all the mistakes that he made. The guy that I had to pay $2,000 for to fix his mistakes was the original guy I was going to go too. Sometimes it's good to follow your first mind and not do it just because the person relates to you. This mistake cost me an additional $2,000 and travel expense.. craziness.. please folks do your research and understand different styles because he'll tell you that there is only one style and it depends on your skin tone but when you go deal with professionals they will show you different styles and all of that where you just not subjected to one.. please do your research before you spend your money with this guy are you going to be like me spending an additional $2,000 to get it fixed.

The results look incredibly natural, and the fade and hairline are spot on. The artist took his time, explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable during every session. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. The studio is clean, professional, and has a chill vibe. I made the best decision with choosing Detroit SMP for sure!! His work on Instagram is legit. I came from Cleveland for my appointment and his building was very classy, clean and safe. My wife came with me and she felt comfortable. Milton is a cool guy and down to earth. He also was very informative about the after care as well. He has the best work in the region!. He was very detailed and took his time to make me look good. I LOOK LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS. Detroit SMP is worth the travel.

This is a game changer! I absolutely recommend Detroit SMP without hesitation. The level of care, professionalism and courtesy is unmatched. It was an extreme pleasure to be trained by Detroit SMP! I received QUALITY instruction from a certified professional in a CLEAN and SAFE environment. I received informative theory about SMP, knowledge about use and care of the equipment, as well as being taught the importance of practicing proper sanitation and disinfecting procedures. I appreciate the small class size, which allowed individualized instruction and attention to detail. I also had the opportunity to work with a live model! This was very exciting because I received hands on training and I got to experience first hand the look of surprise and happiness on the client’s face after just one session! Working with Detroit SMP gave me the confidence to be a great SMP artist with a rejuvenated spirit as a licensed professional.
