I was an irresponsible new car owner (2021 Mazda CX-30) when, admittedly as an apartment dweller with no access to “home car washes”, I nearly ruined my finish taking it through a litany of drive-thru car washes for over three years. Despondent over the water spots and other items that began to dull the finish and create swirls on the body and hood, I consulted with DetailsByKailil. An acid wash and ceramic coating process was done over three days to help mitigate further damage and restore a mirror-like luster (no kidding - mirror) to the finish. Because I wanted to learn the proper way to care for my car now that Kailil had brought back the like-new finish, he offered to recommend the proper products and do my first washing with me a month or so after having the work done, coming in ON HIS DAY OFF to walk me through all the proper steps, kindly explaining why this, why that….and what not to do. We spent about 90 minutes washing the car and talking dos and donts. I don’t want to promise you he’ll do that every time, but mention it merely to underscore Kailil’s level of commitment to his work, ensuring his customer knew how to PROPERLY take care of this restoration (of sorts) going forward. I never should have been in this position to begin with, but Kailil never judged; he just set forth a plan to do what he could to help me out, using his years of knowledge and skill as a detailer and restorer. So, yeah…I recommend DetailsByKailil for any of your detailing needs. Beyond being an ace at what he does, he’s just a really great guy with an amazing ethic, who avails himself to texts and questions long after the work is done. I wish there were a 6th star.

Quick and professional. A car slightly swiped me in traffic, leaving some unsightly marks. Kailil made it look brand new. He even took an extra step and cleaned up the rest of my side door exterior.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be said! Kailil is the best hands down! I’ve been a customer for three years, and I’ll never trust anyone else with my vehicles! He recently ceramic coated my Tahoe and the result’s were unbelievable, it looks like it came off the factory floor! I will continue to recommend Kailil to anyone I know! If you’ve been hesitant to spend the money, or second guessing just DO IT!! You will not be disappointed, I PROMISE!! You will NOT find anyone else that communicates better and is upfront and honest!

My car is a 2018 and carries two adults, two kids 10 and 7, dogs, and sometimes random kid friends. It has been used and a bit neglected for the whole time. And it was time. Time to get her cleaned out. Kailil checked in before our appointment and showed up on time. He spent all day cleaning her out and grabbing all of the crud in the crevices. If you ever need a detail, he is the one to go to!

Kailil did an AMAZING job on my vintage Benz. It looks like a completely different car! I highly recommend him for any detailing needs. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable and has absolutely honed his craft for detailing. I will be using him in the future for my other cars!
