Amazing service from start to finish and great comms with Zahid. From the first phone he advanced what was best as per my requirements and I was initially worried with a brand new Leopard 8 but the job was great for PPF and tinting and ceramic coating. Have zero complaints as the whole team were professional and so great to deal with. Highly recommended.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service, communication, and overall customer experience. I recently had PPF work done on my car by Detail Guys. Before the work started, I visited the garage in person and clearly explained everything I wanted done. After dropping off my car, I also sent a detailed WhatsApp message confirming our discussion to avoid any misunderstandings. They kept my car for approximately 10 days. When I went to collect it, I noticed that the headlight tint I previously had was removed and not reinstalled. I immediately raised this with their staff and was told it would be taken care of when I brought the car back for corrections. After dropping the car off a second time for corrections, I went back to collect it and found that the headlight tint still had not been put back on. When I asked why, I was told they didn’t have the tint — something I was never informed of beforehand. Communication from their end was absolutely non-existent throughout this process. I was then asked to bring the car back a third time. I declined and requested that they send someone to my location instead, as I had already returned twice. They agreed and scheduled a visit at 8:30 pm. I specifically asked whether visibility at that time would be sufficient to properly address the corrections and was assured it would be. However, after about 10 minutes on-site, I received a message stating they were finished. When I asked if the requested corrections were completed, I was told they were not. Their communication was extremely poor. I had to follow up numerous times, was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, and was given dates and times that were never honored. I was constantly chasing them instead of receiving proactive updates or solutions. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated failure to complete agreed work make this a service I cannot recommend. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for PPF or car detailing services.

Recently had PPF installation, Nano ceramic tinting and interior ceramic coating from Detail Guys Dubai and I can say that their service is superb with reasonable price. This is my first time doing a ceramic coating, and I am glad I chose DetailGuys. They helped me understand the benefits of the product. Mr. Ali and Mr. Ronald, both are professional and was patient in answering all my questions. They have offered me different options based on my budget. They provide me the real outcome of each package (meaning they did not give me false information just to get certain package). They first did a detailed wash and cleaning of my car before they started the coating (so guys, you don’t need to get your car wash done if you decide to get their service). The finished product was superb, scratches has lessen and some are totally gone. My beautiful baby looks clean and beautiful again. Because of this, I immediately referred a friend to them.
