I’m extremely disappointed with the service, communication, and overall customer experience.
I recently had PPF work done on my car by Detail Guys. Before the work started, I visited the garage in person and clearly explained everything I wanted done. After dropping off my car, I also sent a detailed WhatsApp message confirming our discussion to avoid any misunderstandings.
They kept my car for approximately 10 days. When I went to collect it, I noticed that the headlight tint I previously had was removed and not reinstalled. I immediately raised this with their staff and was told it would be taken care of when I brought the car back for corrections.
After dropping the car off a second time for corrections, I went back to collect it and found that the headlight tint still had not been put back on. When I asked why, I was told they didn’t have the tint — something I was never informed of beforehand. Communication from their end was absolutely non-existent throughout this process.
I was then asked to bring the car back a third time. I declined and requested that they send someone to my location instead, as I had already returned twice. They agreed and scheduled a visit at 8:30 pm. I specifically asked whether visibility at that time would be sufficient to properly address the corrections and was assured it would be.
However, after about 10 minutes on-site, I received a message stating they were finished. When I asked if the requested corrections were completed, I was told they were not.
Their communication was extremely poor. I had to follow up numerous times, was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, and was given dates and times that were never honored. I was constantly chasing them instead of receiving proactive updates or solutions.
Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated failure to complete agreed work make this a service I cannot recommend. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for PPF or car detailing services.
