Got to say. Communication is very poor if you are buying for a small set of carpet for your home no problem. Ordered 150 square metres of carpet was told on phone(when you can actually speak to some one on the phone) ordered the carpet on Thursday was told it would take 3 weeks to come. Get a text on Saturday two days after ordering it was coming Monday. So no notice to arrange any labour. No common sense let me call the customer to ensure they can get the correct labour to accept delivery. Company's attitude was couldn't care less. It was chucking down with rain. I was lucky I had two workers who was actually here and the driver of the van. Got the carpet hate the company!

So pleased I found this company! Beautiful carpets, massive choice and truly amazing prices. Absolute quality carpets at a fraction of the cost. Great service and simple and easy delivery. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend

Absolutely first class service from start to finish , 80% wool and of good quality , everything that was promised was fulfilled We now have a beautiful lounge, stairs and landing , all at a reasonable price I would highly recommend this company Thank you for the high standards

Found our carpet here after local carpet shop (pre-Dec lockdown) could not get a supply as manufacturer was out of stock. Carpet delivered on time, perfect, saved £100s despite upgrading to 50oz. Great communication. Will use again without doubt.

I have purchased carpets from this company three times, I am so confident that they are good quality that I purchase online, arrange delivery without going over to Bradford to view. My daughter also gets her carpets from this company, also friends, all highly delighted. The staff are so obliging, help out to sort payments etc. Very professional always courteous, also very competitive prices.

If you can look before you buy it might be okay, but wouldn’t recommend ordering online. We ordered 5 carpets at a good price but 3 were damaged. I appreciate this was a while ago but every time I hoover I’m reminded how bad the carpets and customer service was. They are discounted for a reason, you might get lucky and receive a good one but personally I wouldn’t take the chance again.

What a wonderful experience purchasing a good quality carpet from here. All staff utterly amazing. Carpet, quality and colour even better then expected. After looking almost everywhere for living room carpet, I was recommended this place by a few people, due to their high end quality but unbeatable prices. After seeing their carpets and prices I was not disappointed at all, prices really are unbeatable but you still get the amazing quality with it so a total win win! I can not fault the customer service provided from start to finish by both the guys I dealt with (one being the manager). Not only are they knowledgable and honest, they were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will continue to purchase from this place in future alone.

Have had several carpets from here - excellent value and fast delivery. BTW - you can get free samples from the manufacturer.
