Got to say. Communication is very poor if you are buying for a small set of carpet for your home no problem. Ordered 150 square metres of carpet was told on phone(when you can actually speak to some one on the phone) ordered the carpet on Thursday was told it would take 3 weeks to come. Get a text on Saturday two days after ordering it was coming Monday. So no notice to arrange any labour. No common sense let me call the customer to ensure they can get the correct labour to accept delivery. Company's attitude was couldn't care less. It was chucking down with rain. I was lucky I had two workers who was actually here and the driver of the van.
Got the carpet hate the company!

So pleased I found this company! Beautiful carpets, massive choice and truly amazing prices. Absolute quality carpets at a fraction of the cost. Great service and simple and easy delivery. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend
