My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Woulfe (Designed by Woulfe) who completely transformed our living space beyond my wildest expectations. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were unmatched. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Before meeting Brian we were actually very skeptical about hiring an interior designer, however, from our very first meeting with him, it was clear that he possessed a unique ability to understand our vision and translate it into a stunning reality. He listened intently to our ideas and preferences, taking note of every detail we shared. His genuine enthusiasm and passion for his craft were infectious, making the entire design process enjoyable and exciting. What sets Brian apart is his exceptional creativity. Brian brought an incredibly discerning eye to our house rebuild. He worked closely with me to synthesise the look and feel of the house we wanted to live in - this wasn’t easy as we needed to achieve a lot in a small house. The level of finish and details was significant elevated with his input. He was able to take me beyond my comfort zone to implement a dramatic yet chic look for my home. There was also an air of whimsy and fun, especially for my daughter, without losing elegance and timelessness. And he could achieve this with what seemed like ease due to his experience and taste level. But very importantly, he provided very detailed troubleshooting during the build which saved us from some really quite unfixable mistakes. The finishes are beautiful, carefully chosen furniture and decor were selected, as was the lighting; every corner provides interest and usability. We are thrilled with the outcome.

We loved working with Brian and his team. He is maniacally focused on every detail and brings wide ranging ideas to meet the vision of our project. His after care for the home is also above and beyond — the whole process felt highly customised and handled with great care and personal focus from Brian.

Brian remodelled our penthouse in central London. Building in central London is a challenge but nothing was ever a problem, a solution was always found. Brian’s clever design helped us make use of every inch of the property, finding space that didn’t exist, including fitting a bath and shower into a room that initially looked impossible. Brian’s design of bespoke seating, furniture and lighting through to fabrics and rugs not only look fantastic and provide the warm and relaxed vibe we wanted, but the materials are very practical and have survived some large parties which speaks to the quality. We would certainly use Brian again and highly recommend him. Thank you Brian !

How many reviews say so-and-so is great, the best etc? In Brian’s case, that would be a gross understatement. Over the past 25 years of working in the business, I’ve seen it all. Brian singularly stands head and shoulders above everyone else. He has immense style, in everything he does. Just when you think you can’t do better, he pulls it off again! It’s not just about style, it’s about lifestyle, and Brian has oodles of it. I (and my many clients) have had the true honour to work with him. We have been working for/ with Designed by Woulfe for several years producing statement staircases, during this time I have always been impressed with commitment to quality and ensuring the nice detailing is achieved. I had the pleasure at viewing a finished house in Kensington recently and was impressed with the feel of the finished house and all the decisions made along the way to achieve this result.
