Desert Soul is an amazing pool builder! We couldn’t be happier with the final result. From design to finish, Desert Soul was great. Communication was excellent, every question or concern was answered along the way. The crews cleaned up the work site every day before leaving and the attention to detail is top notch. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great pool builder. They also did all the landscaping in the yard. We now have an incredible oasis to enjoy! We couldn't be happier with Desert Soul or our awesome pool. Start to finish they were organized, professional, and communicated with us throughout the process. Our pool build took 4 weeks. AMAZING! We had crews working on our pool EVERY day of the week (and some weekends). They broke ground on July 5th and we were swimming by August 5th. We've had 3 Summers in our pool now and LOVE IT! If you need a pool built, you CANNOT LOSE by choosing Desert Soul. We've lived in our home 30 years and have had full gut remodel done and dealt with LOTS of contractors. Desert Soul is THE BEST company we've ever hired!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Desert Soul. We gathered several quotes before making our choice, and Desert Soul had the best price, and by far the largest selection of “standard” finish (decking, tile, and pebble finish) choices. Our sales contact/designer Steve was so easy to work with, no matter how many times we made changes before settling on the final layout. Once the contract was signed, they got right to work, clearly laying out the steps in the process and the timeline. Once the site was cleared, it took 5 weeks from excavation to swimming. We have done a lot of work on our home over the past three years, and our experience with contractors has been really challenging. Desert Soul is different! Their communication, reliability, consistency, and quality were flawless. They even refunded us about $35 after the final accounting revealed a small over charge. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. By far the best contractor I have ever worked with.

The short: Absolutely worth the investment. The long: We’re in a unique position to speak from both a professional and a customer standpoint. We’ve worked alongside DS for almost six years now, and our roots run deeper than a typical business partnership. As a subcontractor, we partner with DS on their pool masonry work and there is a noticeable difference in how their projects are managed. Timelines are communicated frequently and clearly, materials are always ready when we arrive and the build plans are precise and well-organized. This eliminates confusion, and unnecessary back-and-forth. Everything runs like clockwork, allowing our crews to get right to work. On the consumer side, we’ve met many homeowners who not only talk about the speed and quality of their build but who also appreciate how DS handles issues when they arise. They take ownership, communicate quickly, and resolve things without hesitation. I couldn’t recommend anyone better.

We’ve been working with Desert soul for over 7 years now. Gary and their team have been nothing but amazing! I’ve referred them to several close friends who have used them to build their pools and backyards. Every one of them has had a great experience! Some have even used them to build a second pool at a new house. If we didn’t buy a house with a pool already, they would be building mine. We as a contractor for them feel as though we are partners in what they do. Their communication to us is far better then any other builders we work with. Their processes of building a pool is more thorough and thought out. We as a business have actually tried implementing and coping some of the things they do because they do them so well. Some of which is their customer service, communication, and problem solving when problems arise. They are straight up and honest. We come in at the end of the whole build process to put it all together. I’m always impressed to hear how many people praise them for their work.(it’s not like that with every pool builder…trust me)! If you want a pool that actually works properly and a build process that is seamless, easy, and thought out. I’d recommend Desert Soul 100%, like I have several times before!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. When they say they'll be there, they are there. When they say they're going to do something, they do it. When we had an issue not only did they make it right they went out of their way to make it right.

We used desert soul a few years ago and now that we’ve moved, we knew we would use them again. We had such a great experience the last time that we knew we would want to use them again. Laione, our designer, was so great and patient with our many questions and changes to our design and never complained. They were also flexible with our busy work schedule to get us into their design studio and help us pick from the array of options they have for decking, pool pebble, etc. They built us a beautiful pool, raised hot tub, and Half court basketball court. The experience wasn’t perfect and there were a couple communication issues, but you can’t really expect perfection. And everything was resolved beyond our satisfaction. And the final product is amazing. It looks great and everything is such high-quality. Looking forward to using this for many years to come. Highly recommend.
