Desert Roof Concepts was great to work with right from the start. They were very prompt in returning my call to schedule a new roof estimate. The young woman who helped me book the appointment (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly friendly and professional. It made the whole process easy and pleasant from the first interaction.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish! I had a fantastic experience with Desert Roof Concepts Inc. They were professional, honest, and efficient throughout the entire process. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. My new roof looks amazing !! The project manager Ben kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. We used Desert Roof Concepts and would highly recommend them. They installed a new foam layer on our flat roof but unfortunately this did not fix the leak that was there previously. The owner came out on the weekend and after many hours figured out where the leak was coming from and they came back out and foamed a downwall that was causing the isssue. They also fixed all the damage that occured in the house and made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction.

Sent out a mass email AND SMS text asking me to vote for them as “best roofing company”, but doesn’t even say who is running the contest. I barely remember asking for a quote from them, but certainly did not do business with them, so why does the company address me as “honest customers like you”? Here’s your vote: that’s incredibly immature, dishonest and quite shady. It’s also not legal under CAN SPAM, and you KNOW that it is an illegal use of my cell phone number. Thanks for letting me know I made the right choice when I selected a different roofing company. Oh and whoever this person is decided to email me several paragraphs which I am assuming were not an apology. I do not remember ever interacting with this person in my life. Maybe I entered my information on their website, maybe I got a response, but I certainly don’t remember anyone with his name and face. This is far beyond soliciting and into harassment. Leave people alone and don’t solicit votes. This isn’t difficult civics.

Albert is awesome 😎! He responded when I called, and showed up on time. It's not everyday you need the services of a roof contractor. There's many in the area, and many don't engage or overly boast. Albert showed us what needed to occur, and inspected the completed work with supporting evidence. We asked him if he used subs, and he stated he does not. His crew even shows when stated, and do the project effortlessly. I hired Desert Roof Concepts in February 2023, and have already told a couple friends about Albert's business. In my opinion, he's doing it right. Thank you Albert!

I needed someone to come and evaluate my roof. Ben came the same week for an inspection. It turned out our roof just needed some maintenance and no re-roofing was required. The price we were quoted was very reasonable and are going to schedule soon. I recommend Desert roof concepts 100%. Their honesty earned my business.

So far my experience has been great. They answered my request to have a roof leak checked and set an appointment to check it in the next few days. Looking forward to their roof inspection.

We had some damaged tiles in our roof that needed to be repaired. Alber did a great job on the repair. He came out right away to do an estimate and was very quick to do the repair. We highly recommend Desert Roofing for your roof needs.

How fortunate people are to have a great company that cares about their quality of work and communication. These people deserve a higher rating than 5 stars. Every day, workers cleaned up and kept an orderly and clean looking work environment. And, when they were finished, neighbors came over to comment on how nice the roof looked and matched the surrounding homes.
