I had tooth pain over the weekend and Des Moines Emergency Dentist was there to help! I was pretty nervous before coming in since I usually get anxious about dental visits, but as soon as I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The team made me feel comfortable right away, and any nerves I had completely disappeared. Dr. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and explained things to me in a way that I understood. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and wants every patient to feel at ease. The office is beautiful and open, with a calm, relaxing vibe — honestly, it doesn’t even feel like a dental office, more like a spa. The chairs are super comfortable, the lighting and music are relaxing, and they even have headphones and shows to watch, which helped me stay calm the whole time. The technology here is amazing. They use a 3D X-ray that was super easy and quick, and they even have equipment that allows them to make same-day crowns right in the office. Everything was efficient, precise, and way less stressful than I expected. I was so impressed that they can do so much same-day treatment right here in Des Moines and Urbandale. If you’re someone who usually gets anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. I felt cared for from start to finish, and now I actually look forward to coming back for my regular visits.

After my boyfriend had a dental emergency on a Friday night, a quick Google search pointed us to Des Moines Emergency Dentist and I’m so glad it did! Dr. Alex and his team are INCREDIBLE!!! So kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients and the work that they do. They made my boyfriend feel so comfortable and fixed his issue with no pain! Truly could not recommend them enough!!!
