CBS NEWS: Derek Smith Law Group Files Class Action Lawsuit Against DuPont Chemicals
Six workers at DuPont have filed a complaint, alleging that the company subjects its black employees to unequal treatment in discipline, promotions, and terminations.
Represented by the Derek Smith Law Group, Managing Attorney Alex Cabeceiras declared a hostile work environment, “From nooses found on toolboxes to the n-word repeatedly graffitied on the walls, along with other symbols of hate displayed around DuPont.”
