Did you know that your mental health is protected under disability laws?
If you have a mental health condition that qualifies as a disability, your employer is required to engage in the interactive process to find a suitable reasonable accommodation for you in the workplace. They cannot fire you, refuse to hire you, or force you to take leave because of your condition.
