I honestly can’t thank Hannah enough! I had been completely deaf for over a year and finally decided to do something about it. I found the clinic online, called up, and managed to get an appointment the very same day. Hannah was so lovely and reassuring from the start. She checked my ears and said they were both completely full of wax. Straight after the treatment, I could hear clearly again in both ears better than I ever could before — I was so overwhelmed after the treatment with relief and how well I could hear it actually made me cry with joy when was back into my car. I want to say that Hannah is an absolute professional and such a kindhearted and caring person as all the way through, the treatment she was making sure I was okay. She truly gave me my hearing back. My 14yr old performance swimmer has been experiencing ear problems for a few months, so we decided to go for customised ear moulds and Derby Ear Clinic was recommended to us. Aside of the need for ear moulds, she has also experienced blocked ears due to wax. Hannah assisted with both these services and I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. I contacted Hannah in a search for some new hearing aid moulds as my NHS ones were no longer serving me. The whole experience was a breeze, she contacted and got me a quote quickly which suited my needs. I can’t fault the communication at all. Plus the new moulds are bright colours and look so cool. Hannah at Derby Ear Clinic has been nothing short of amazing with my daughter. My eldest recently had a really bad ear infection and Hannah was able to take a look, clean them out, confirm the best medication and provide the very best aftercare. Hannah has also taken moulds and sent off for personalised ear plugs which many places just don’t do for under 16s. These have made a huge difference to her swimming comfortably and safely ever since. What is also above and beyond is that she cares about the after care service she is providing. Hannah is always on the other end of the phone supporting us and offering advice which has really helped my daughter whilst also providing reassurance to me as an anxious parent that knew nothing about ears until recently. I had a great experience with the Derby Ear Clinic. Hannah was able to get me in the next day as I was having problems with impacted wax. She advised me over the phone to put oil in my ear, and when I got to the clinic she immediately put me at ease, and got the wax out quickly and painlessly. Why I suffered with it for so long I will never know, I will advise anyone that needs ears looking at to go to Derby Ear Clinic from now on, and if my problem returns I will not hesitate to go back.
