Dependable Roadside Service

The other day, I came home from vacation to a dead car. After some initial difficulties not whatsoever having anything to due with DRS (it was the same day as the global Amazon Web Services outage), I was finally able to get through to an actual human with State Farm Roadside Assistance. They eventually sent Mustafa who also does mobile mechanic work of various sorts. Once he tested the battery & it immediately died after jumping, I told him I had remembered smelling rotten eggs the day my wife & I had left for said vacation the week prior. Sure enough, he told me, it was the battery. Instead of having to deal with towing + parts costs + labor costs, Mustafa offered me the chance to let him do his work on the car right there & then. He only charged for parts from O’Reilly (I needed both of my batteries replaced, ultimately) & a mere $75 for labor—what a steal! Mustafa was fast, informative of other things going on with the batteries, and wonderfully friendly. I appreciated his convenience & amenable nature so very much. I recommend him to all!!! Thanks so much, again, Mustafa! You saved me a lot of headache!!!!!!

Mustafa arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed my alternator issue. He then found a refurbished part to save me some $$! An issue that would have involved a tow truck and days at the dealer was completely resolved in a matter of hours and he came to me!
