I recently called Dependable Plumbing and Heating to fix a leaking shut-off valve in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! They are prompt in responding and showing up (which is a rare these days), and Lou was incredibly efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. What really impressed me was Lou's problem solving, cleanliness and respect for my home. The leak was in a very awkward spot and I would have flooded and burned my house down at the same time, had I tackled it myself! Lou was meticulous in his work, making the valve easier to access and ensured everything was tidy before he left. Lou was also very considerate and professional, answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly. Called Dependable Plumbing and Heating to fix a leaky kitchen sink drain. They came the next day to fix it. Plumber noticed a pipe was turning downward and inspected it. Found a cracked pipe in the wall. Fixed both problems the same day. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs. Super responsive, reliable and very fair priced. #1 in my book. Thank you.

Both Jared and Jeff were professional on the phone when I called, and in-person when they worked in our home. They were very knowledgeable and experienced plumbers and were able to handle the complexity of older plumbing in a condominium environment. They completed the work over a couple of days, and were always on time and ready to work. They were respectful of our home, and kept their tools and work space neat and tidy. We hired Dependable Plumbing and Heating to solve and repair an elusive leak in our kitchen. The person who attended to the leak was very courteous in our home and efficient at targeting the likely sources for investigation. He answered our questions as he went about the necessary work and affirmed the steps we took by engaging a plumber immediately. He found the leak, which we couldn’t isolate on our own, and changed a hose to make a reliable seal and repair. He gave us advice on upkeep and preventative maintenance, and then he was on his way. Iam so grateful for this company. Having a big plumbing issue sometimes can be very scary as a homeowner, when i called this company and explained what was happening with the plumbing in my house, the owners of the company came and diagnosed the problem immediately. They also took the time and explained it to me in terms that i was able to understand, which was super important and reassuring. The job was scheduled in promptly and their employee that came was efficient and got the job done. Thank you Jay and Jared for a great experience during a stressful time. This company is amazing ! Not only was the lady who answered the phone super polite and friendly , she got someone to come to my plumbing emergency within 20 minutes of my phone call . The gentleman who came to the house was very pleasant and professional as well , figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly ! Going forward I will be using them for all our plumbing needs !

Replacement of a shower diverter unit in a fairly tricky location, involving some older plumbing. They were very quick to respond to my original call, showed up on time and completed the work quickly, professionally and for a fair price. They even adjusted their schedule to accommodate the fact that I had to take a day off work to come in out of town and could only do it on a specific day and time. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Many have been in the same situation we were just in yesterday. We had to turn off our water supply due to a bathtub faucet leak that was making a mess. I need a plumber who do you call. Jared at Dependable Plumbing was my third call trying to find a plumber that was available. Jared said he could get someone there by 10 am the next morning. His cohort Lou showed up before 10 am and corrected our anxiety ridden issue.
