It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Dependable Plumbing & Heating. I called them after our (former) plumber stopped answering the phone, and it has been such a pleasure to deal with true professionals. They show up on time, get the job done right, and have made great recommendations that have saved us money. Great job, and great customer service!

I recently called Dependable Plumbing and Heating to fix a leaking shut-off valve in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! They are prompt in responding and showing up (which is a rare these days), and Lou was incredibly efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem.
What really impressed me was Lou's problem solving, cleanliness and respect for my home. The leak was in a very awkward spot and I would have flooded and burned my house down at the same time, had I tackled it myself! Lou was meticulous in his work, making the valve easier to access and ensured everything was tidy before he left.
Lou was also very considerate and professional, answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly.
If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and clean plumbing company in the Niagara region and beyond, please give these folks a shout! I would absolutely use them again. Ask for Lou, he's great! ☺️👍
