Denver Express Towing

This company is extremely unprofessional, and their management team is a major concern. They attempted to tow the wrong car — mine — instead of the intended customer’s vehicle, which was covered by AAA insurance. When the customer described a car similar to mine, the staff assumed it was the right one without verifying the color or year, and they started towing my car. Luckily, my roommate was home and noticed what was happening. He ran out to stop them before my car was taken away. When they finally returned the car to the parking area, I came home and noticed that my car made unusual noises when I tried to park it correctly. It turned out that the dragging during their improper towing caused damage to my vehicle. I reported this to the worker immediately, but he refused to take responsibility until speaking with his manager. Even then, the manager seemed reluctant to fully accept accountability. I took my car to Honda, where they confirmed the damage was caused by towing without placing the car in neutral. While they eventually covered the repair costs, they did so hesitantly. Additionally, the manager promised to compensate me for a day of lost work due to handling this issue, but later claimed the owner refused. Overall, the experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company.

My car stranded us in Denver, we had them tow us to Colorado Springs. This company was great to work with. They were affordable, kind and very prompt. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a towing service.

Hugely helpful when we got a flat tire and our jack slipped from under our car. He came out quickly and helped change the tire within 5 minutes!! Very nice and patient. Thank you so much! Would recommend.

This place was a life saver!! After being trapped in Idaho springs and being unable to contact any local car shops, this team was willing to drive out to get us and tow us back to Denver at a VERY affordable price. I got estimates from other tow companies that were nearly 3x as much with a 3+ hour wait time. The team at Denver Express Towing was out within an hour and even helped us get back to town since we were out of a car. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a morning Towing service for my car to be dropped at the mechanic in Denver. Special thanks to the dispatcher for making it easy and gave all instructions upfront. Driver showed up on time and handle my car with care. Great service Overall.

EDIT: after the experience described below, one of their team members showed up with the truck and was very helpful. If I were only reviewing that driver and the actual towing experience, I would absolutely give this five stars. It was careful, friendly, and professional. I applaud his skill and professionalism. Whoever they had answering the phone tonight deserves less than 1 star. Original review: Rude and unhelpful. They were dispatched by my mom’s insurance. Once dispatched, I called the contact number provided by farmers AND the actual business number… multiple (5) times with no answer, so I looked up the business name and called direct multiple times. when I finally reached someone (30 min after promised arrival) they were quite rude and unprofessional. It sounded like they were partying or something. I explained that I was sitting on the side of a busy highway trying to help my mom and the guy laughed and told me I had the wrong number. (Edit: When I told my tow truck driver what happened he kind of shrugged and apologetically said “that was probably Hassan” (Or something similar to that) I’m still furious and I hope whomever it was is not allowed to interact with customers in the future. He literally refused to help. Think long and hard before you choose this company. They left my elderly mom in a bad situation on the side of a highway and did not care to help or even show a shred of care. I am so thankful I was driving distance and could help her out. Got two pumped by a broken radiator hose on the way to Steamboat Springs. Thought about setting the car on fire because it’s my girlfriend’s pos Chevy but I guess she didn’t want me to. Since we lived in CO Springs we figure the best place to get it towed to would be Denver for parts accessibility. Called Denver Express Towing and the price was banana land good. Driver got to where we were broken down (Idaho Springs) 30 minutes earlier than expected, hooked us up right away and got us moving. Hope these guys get more business because they need to buy a new tow truck as the one we got picked up in couldn’t be bothered to go up hills, but I wasn’t complaining with how punctual and affordable they are. Big thumbs up from the K-Dawg.

I had a good experience with Jose at Denver Express Towing. I was nervous and worried because my car had some type of electrical issue which caused the alarm to blare when you opened the door. Sticking the key in the ignition wasn't working to turn it off and it wouldn't stop for what seemed like forever. It was very attention grabbing and embarrassing but that didn't bother Jose. He went and picked up my car and brought it to me in a very timely manner. He even offered to come back and fix what could be wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend Denver Express Towing and will call them again if I even need a tow.
