This is the best service I've ever seen. Easy access to the shop, the mechanics are true professionals. They replaced my flat tire in 15 minutes. Fast, high-quality, and inexpensive. I definitely recommend this service.

Called them for a tow, stuck just off the Verrazano bridge. Came in no time towed me back to their Denver Shop the price was very reasonable for the situation. They squeezed me in for the repairs needed and had me back on the road the next day. They are now my regular shop and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are busy and a little harder to get in the door, but they do have emergency rates if I need it turned around bad enough or I con just wait my turn and I know they are busy, because they’re that good.

Wish I had taken some names to mention but the young lady at the front desk was great and all the techs knew what they were doing and we're very Professional ... I found it odd their location kind of out in the middle of nowhere but once there they make you feel at home 🏡 and offer free shower while you wait for your truck repairs one of the best repair shops I've ever visited

Highly recommend. Stopped in with no appointment and was in and out fast and without breaking my bank. Jimmy went above and beyond to get my car running right again. Upfront, honest, and a damn good mechanic.

PA safety and emissions while I waited. Waited with cable TV, multiple choices for the Keurig, while I sat on a comfy sofa in a finished and painted and decorated office which was more of a living room than a waiting room. So while using their WiFi at the same time, in the nice, warm customer area with 2 professional staffers behind desk entire time answering calls from tractors & trailers on PA TP, 222, etc, but my 1993 passenger vehicle which had seen better days was attended to by Jimmy, who even after passing and placing stickers noticed a marker bulb not operating correctly when I went to pull out. Even after I had already paid (for not much more than the stickers!!) and had my stickers, and was ready to leave, he made sure to pull the light assembly out, repair the bulb socket, and replace my bulb, which worked, with a better newer bulb (free), just to be sure. No extra parts or labor. That’s just good business. Being a mechanic and shop manager in the past, and a guy who likes to bring my vehicle for inspection knowing it needs almost nothing, I was far from let down at the work done by Evan, Jimmy, and the whole 10+ person team at Denver Diesel & Automotive FKA C L Martin. Thanks so much, guys!!

I’m simply going to lay out the facts and you can decide whether you want to do business with this company or not. Little background so this timeline makes sense: Zimmerman (upfit manufacturer) and Denver diesel need to work together to get the job done. June 2024 –I called Evan (Denver Diesel). I spoke with him about a potential head gasket repair on my Mercedes engine MBE4000, and he sounded confident that the job could be done for $6,000.00. The point of me planning this early is so the repairs can be done efficiently and quickly during the winter months. As repairs in my busy time are beyond costly. Denver diesel had the truck on their schedule since mid-summer 2024 to go in the first week of December. December 3rd the truck arrives to Zimmerman first. Zimmerman reviews the truck to get his list together. Denver requests the truck be brought over to them right away as they were signaling to get on it right away. So, Zimmerman did so. December 6th Denver diesel communicates to Zimmerman that they want the truck and only need it for a week. ** NOTHING IS DONE TO THE TRUCK – NEVER MADE IT INTO Denver Diesels SHOP ****** December 23rd – Zimmerman reaches out to Denver Diesel to see what going on. They say there behind and with holidays going to get it in after 1st of year. ***** AGAIN, NOTHING HAPPENS TO THE TRUCK ******** ALMOST 2 months later! January 30TH – Zimmerman talks to Denver Diesel, and they just got truck in there shop yesterday. I’d assume if you’re reading this and have a truck you probably know that a Mercedes engine is impossible to get parts for. I knew that and I assumed a professional mechanic knew that. They tore the entire engine apart and then decide to look for parts. You cannot get parts needed to do this job quickly AND there is no place in the country that can guarantee a timeframe they would come in. This was going to ruin my spring – EXACTLY what I was trying to avoid. I research and realize that the problem could be solved with a new engine. Denver Diesel says new engine can be installed for 50K. I essentially bail them out of the situation by telling them to just install a new engine. January 30rd – March 31st - There is multiple stages of “check in’s” with Denver Diesel. I don’t have enough Review space to give much more details. Basically, Denver Diesel just continually tells me “it will be done next week or in the next couple days”. This goes on and on and on. Then, they can’t get it programmed. I specifically tell Denver Diesel the High idle switch need to be programmed on 2 or 3 occasions. High idle does not work when picked up and had to go back. **ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER *** March 31st we get the truck back I was budgeted to spend 50K for a new motor install. There was some other Incidentals budgeted at 10K. So, I figured 60K total WITHOUT ONE COMMUNICATION about price THE ENTRIE TIME I GET A BILL FOR $80,000.00 Now there is issue with the work: - Oil is leaking – still trying to track this down - Power steering box is leaking – this was completely replaced and re-built - A bunch of coolant lines blow off on our first delivery. None of hose clamps were tightened. LEAVES US STRANDED ON SIDE OF ROAD - Faulty hose clamp on the oil dipstick – lost oil - Blower fan was to be fixed with new resistor – not working *I spend $24K+ to buy concrete from other people to keep my business running *He charges me for the tear down of the old motor *Charges tax on labor *I had multiple mechanics look at bill and no one can figure out why he had so many hours into this. Feeling very ripped off. * I couldn’t sell the old motor because it was in pieces So, what led me to this review - I could get the truck fixed for approximately $2,000.00 locally. He refused and I'm sure he's going to respond on here that he was willing to fix the truck and stand behind his work. He would only do that by inconveniencing me. If this is still up - He is unwilling to pay $2K to resolve
