We are hiring a Dental Administrator/Hygiene Coordinator!
Location: Dentistry on Sinclair, Georgetown, ON

Administrative Duties:
• Manage check-in/out
• Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate patient records
• Handle patient forms, insurance verification, and pre-authorizations
• Coordinate payments and manage billing, including insurance claims
• Maintain hygiene schedule and minimize appointment conflicts
Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work collaboratively with the dental team
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the practice's growth
• Be punctual, prepared, and respectful
Office Tasks:
• Maintain a clean & welcoming office
• File documents, handle correspondence, and track office supplies
• Perform day-end financial reconciliations
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Discreet and professional handling of confidential information
Requirements:
• Education: Secondary School (required)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a dental receptionist
• Knowledge of Abeldent/RecallMax is a plus
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with dental terminology
