As someone who has always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I’m so incredibly glad I found Dr. Moran and his team. I moved to NWA about two years ago and was impressed by Dr. Moran’s outstanding online reviews — and now I completely understand why. Dr. Moran is experienced, highly skilled, and truly takes his time to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with large windows that overlook a gorgeous garden. This immediately helps put you at ease. Shannon, the dental hygienist, is amazing — so gentle, skilled, caring, and very funny (which really helps calm any nerves). And Evelyn, the patient care coordinator, is truly an insurance genius. She makes your entire visit and payment process simple and stress-free. Every single person in the office is professional, patient-focused, and genuinely kind. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Moran and his wonderful staff!

I went in expecting a nightmare do to my fear of needles, but this dentist completely changed my experience into a dream. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood the whole process. What I thought was going to be terrifying turned out to be quick, smooth, and surprisingly easy. The entire visit only took about an hour to an hour and a half, and I left feeling so much better than I expected. The people here are not only professional but also genuinely kind and helpful. By the time I walked out the door, everything was taken care of and I felt confident moving forward. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, this is the best office but it infuriates me when people come into the office, or call, and miss treat the staff. This office has always been so helpful and flexible when I have needed a change because of something in my schedule. I love this office and has been the best Hygienist I’ve ever met! So sweet and always happy to see me, the feeling of welcomeness is amazing!

Best staff ever!!! I got a call from my daughter’s school nurse saying she had lock jaw (her mouth was stuck open). As a mom you try not to freak out! Didn’t know where to go, her dentist just recommended I call an oral surgeon. Knowing places like this take forever to get into. I called the first one I saw (this place) told them what had happened, without ANY hesitation the lady told us to come right in! Walked through their front door and everybody was ready for us. The staff were simply amazing! Of course my daughter was scared but they made my daughter feel at home! Couldn’t thank them enough!!!

I’m a new patient and had such a great experience! Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, especially when explaining payment plans. It made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable!

All personnel, office through the dentist were welcoming and interested in my overall experience. My hygienist, Brandy, was careful, friendly and thorough. Overall, a good experience, I’ll be going back.

Very cute office with such attentive and lovely staff! Definitely an office that deserves the acknowledgment. Everyone is so polite and the atmosphere is so light!

Professional and friendly personnel’s, Dr Moran is very kind and explains very clearly and shows that he cares about his patients, also the Anesthesiologists does an excellent job.

Everyone was great. Super friendly and accommodating I expected to be put off. I mean a day or too. Might have wanted it. But they helped me w a wisdom tooth, on the spot basically. Great people!

Prior to finding this office, I was extremely scared to get dental work done. The dentist and the staff are phenomenal at explaining things and they take their time. My previous dentist botched almost my entire mouth, and this dentist is currently fixing everything, at a cost-efficient comfortable rate with an extremely comfortable plan.
