We’ve had some rough experiences at this office before, but this visit was completely different. My kid was in a really bad mood for our early appointment, but Jessica, the assistant, was amazing. She was so kind and patient with him, even when he was acting out. Her calm and friendly approach completely turned him around. He relaxed and was happy and cooperative for the appointment, which I honestly didn’t think would happen. Jessica made the whole visit so much easier for both of us, and I can see why so many people leave such great reviews about this office. She really cares, and it made all the difference.

Got a referral for my son to come here from Dentistry 4 All. Actually all my kids went to Dentistry 4 kids (next door) ever since they started going to the dentist. This place is pretty good. Nice people. Everyone is so helpful. And my son has had no issues since coming here. Place is super clean. If he likes it then I like it. ;) You also get a discount if you got referred here!

This business is an absolute failure in basic operations and does not deserve a single star. The scheduling is blatantly incompetent, with appointments stacked on top of each other and no regard for the time clients are given. My children were scheduled for a 4:00 PM appointment, yet nothing started until 4:55 PM—and only because I had to demand an explanation. Nearly an hour of silence followed, with not one staff member offering a reason, an update, or even a courtesy apology. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a clear reflection of poor management, disorganization, and a complete lack of respect for customers. The hypocrisy is staggering. They are quick to threaten and enforce a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee, yet feel no obligation to honor the very appointments they schedule. Apparently, accountability only applies to the customer. The sudden flood of five-star reviews over recent months is deeply questionable and appears to be driven by a so-called Disney trip promotion, which conveniently incentivizes positive ratings rather than honest feedback. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their online reputation. Save your time, your money, and your time. There are far more competent and professional businesses elsewhere.

I can't express enough how grateful we are for Jessica. From the moment we arrived, her kindness and gentle demeanor made all the difference for both me and my child. Jessica took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that both of us understood the process. What truly stood out was her exceptional patience with my child. She interacted with them in such a sweet and caring manner, which instantly eased any anxiety they had. Thanks to Jessica, my child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit.

All the staff is very professional and they have patience with the kids. Definitely this is a excellent an excellent place to bring our kids .

So far service has been great! Every time my son goes in he is always explained what they will do to help calm his anxiety level which is highly appreciated cause it can be a scary experience. Definitely gonna continue to bring him here.

Great experience, I struggled for so many years trying to find my 4 kids the right dentistry til now. My kids love it here, the front desk is so nice and helpful and doctors are great. My daughter is also finally getting her ortho. done here too so excited. New. More ways to react to reviews.

Great doctor and friendly staff. Definitely kids friendly and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for new dentists. They offer Saturdays appointments!

The doctors and nurses are very kind and responsible in their work; I highly recommend them. The only downside is the receptionists at the front desk; they have a bad attitude. I hope they can be more polite to people. If they don't like their job, they should quit.

My son has only been coming here for a few years after switching from an unprofessional dentist. He always has a great experience. The Doctors and staff are always great. They make you feel welcomed.
