Dentistry 4 Kids & Orthodontics

I am extremely and beyond happy with this office, both of my kids had a pleasant experience and all doctors are amazing, the staff is very friendly, compassionate and understanding. I love how they walk you through the process, and my kids are always aware of the steps and procedures. Manager has great customer service and seems to also be involved in any concerns we have. Thank you team for everything that you do, my kids and I appreciate each and everyone of you. Keep up the good work!

We love Dentistry 4 Kids!! I’m a mama of 3 boys from 1-11 years old & we have been coming here for a couple of years. My son has had a LOT of work done here, extraction, fillings, some type of spacer across the roof of his mouth…and he is the one who doesn’t like the dentist- but every visit went very well. I don’t understand the reviews about the staff, the front desk are very friendly, and all staff is wonderful. I think the dentist is awesome & all assistants are very nice and very attentive. They are not in a rush. The vibe is great with sea life paintings all over and tvs with Disney movies always on. It’s always a pleasure instead of a dreaded appointment. Thank you to everyone who is involved in caring for my kiddos!

My son had an appointment today with Dr. Choi for treatment and her assistant Maria. They did such a wonderful job with my son it made the process easy and comfortable for him. Office staff is so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I strongly recommend this dental office for every one who live close to Eastvale, Juapa Valley, Corona or Ontario. The office theme is wonderful. Full of Disney content, and play Disney movies. The setup is very nice. When my son had treatment, i notice there are some TVs on the ceiling, so that distract my son during the check up is greaf. So he forgets any pain. Staff members are very friendly, professional & work great with kids. Very patience. Even my son doesn't like to got the X-Ray pictures, the staff member patiently did her best to work with my son. They accept insurance & easy to make appointment over the phone.

My entire experience here has been amazing . The front desk ladies are always professional, kind and courteous. They explain everything and always ask if I have any concerns. The doc is great. She does an amazing job, explaining her care and concern is unmatched. The x-ray ladies are great and kid friendly. Both of my kiddos are autistic, this office truly show they care.

Our second time here for our 5 year old. Everyone is very kind and accommodating from the front desk to the dental hygienist. The office is well kept and very clean. They also have tv screens embedded in the ceilings to keep the kids occupied. Definitely a great place for kids.

My 2 kids have both had really good experiences here. The staff were able to answer my questions over the phone and resolved everything with my insurance quickly. The lobby is clean and we don't have to wait very long. Everyone has been kind and patient with toddler and older child as well.

We had an amazing experience at Dentistry 4 Kids & Orthodontics .I brought all three of my kids each a different age and the staff was incredible with every one of them. They made the little one feel comfortable and even got my teenager to smile! The dentist was patient, kind, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that handles kids of all ages so well. Highly recommend

We just moved into the area, I wanted to find a good dental office to take my three children & I am glad I went with dentistry 4 kids. Since I first called the receptionist was polite and professional. During and after our appointment the staff in the reception were very kind and friendly. The dental assistants were professional, kind to my kids, friendly and patient. The dentist was also friendly and professional, my kids felt safe, and cared for. I’m glad I went with this dentistry 4 kids as our new dental office.

I changed my review to update that this entity does not help you. I was told by the ortho manager that if i needed to skip a payment because i dont have it at the moment, that its okay, and I won't get charged a late fee as long as i pay it the next month and the full amount is paid off on time. We'll i was told today that I must make my payment or they're going to charge me a late fee. Well i pay every month, sometimes more than my minimum if i have it, and this month i really needed to make that payment late. My mother in law passed away and we're trying to pay for her service and moneys tight. The girl at the front desk attitude takes back everything I said about the staff being friendly and welcoming. Been going here for years and I've never seen her. So Idk if she's new or just a transfer but it's unacceptable. *Staff, please get on the same page because I dont respect liars and I dont recommend them. This no longer applies but ill leave it. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They work with your child and make sure they're comfortable if scared. I've worked with both the dental hygiene and ortho departments and I have zero complaints. They take medi-cal and delta dental insurance which helps tremendously. I cant say if they're competitive when it comes to pricing but I know because I shopped around that they are well educated and know what they're doing. These are the reasons I've been going to them for 3 years, and its the reason I will continue to see them.
