⭐☆☆☆☆ A crown that falls off after only one month is unacceptable, and charging a parent another fee just to look at a failed restoration is even more unacceptable. My child had a stainless steel crown placed at this office, and the crown fell off completely after only one month. As a parent, I was shocked and extremely disappointed. A stainless steel crown should not fail after just a few weeks under normal use. When I contacted the office, I expected them to stand behind their work and at least evaluate what went wrong. Instead, I was told that I would have to pay another $71 just for the dentist to examine the problem. What is most concerning is that there was no accountability. There was no apology, no discussion of a warranty, no effort to investigate whether the crown had been properly fitted or cemented. The only response was that I needed to pay again. When a dental restoration fails after only one month, patients should not be treated as though the problem is entirely their responsibility. A reputable dental office should stand behind the quality of its work and make a genuine effort to resolve the issue, especially when the failure occurs so soon after treatment. This experience has left me questioning both the quality of the dental work and the level of customer care provided by this office. As a parent, I trusted this practice to provide quality treatment for my child. Unfortunately, when a problem occurred, that trust was not matched with responsibility or support. I will not be returning to this office, and I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully consider their options before bringing their children here.

I am extremely and beyond happy with this office, both of my kids had a pleasant experience and all doctors are amazing, the staff is very friendly, compassionate and understanding. I love how they walk you through the process, and my kids are always aware of the steps and procedures. Manager has great customer service and seems to also be involved in any concerns we have. Thank you team for everything that you do, my kids and I appreciate each and everyone of you. Keep up the good work!
