Dentistry 4 Kids

I have been bringing my son here for a year now. Dr Marvin, Laura up front and the ladies assisting in the back are very helpful. My son enjoys the visits. He’s had several check ups now and has received dental work twice and it has been a good experience for him. I once popped a tire on the way there and they were understanding enough to wait a little for us. I also came in earlier one time and they were able to get us in and out right away! This isn’t always expected, today was a busy Monday for example but they had movies playing while we waited for our turn. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 10 years for my 13 yr old , 5 yr old and 4 yr old. I had mixed feelings but I gotta say they have stepped up their customer service. The front office in this location is friendly and helpful. The back staff is very patient with my 5 & 4 yr old. My 4 yr old is scared of getting anything done from cleaning to x-rays. However, thr staff are very sweet to her and do their best to calm her down and make her feel comfortable and not as scared. The Dentist always explains thoroughly the condition of my children’s teeth and her recommendations.

Now that I’ve allowed a few months to pass I wanted to come back and leave my review with a level headed mind. I am still upset at the treatment I received from this establishment over my phone. I can understand not having it for the fear of pictures but to this day the way that the dental assistant spoke to me in regards to my phone was very disrespectful. The phone rule is way too strict as well. There is no way that it’s logical that I can’t have my phone AT ALL during my child’s dentist appointment. The woman in charge too I didn’t catch her name but her attitude was nasty as well. She didn’t really hear me out or try to understand me at all. no matter how many times I tried to explain to her that I understood their phone policy. She also did in fact tell the receptionist . “ if she wants to go somewhere else let her leave.” Ok girl.😐 you weren’t listening . The dental assistant did not have the right to kick me out of my toddlers appointment. They just kept saying it’s a rule for the safety of the dentist and the assistants. Like honestly at that point you’re doing to much. I went to another dentist now and they DO NOT have such a serious and stupid rule. I am upset because I really liked this dentist but I didn’t like the dental assistant or the woman in charge.

I’ve been taking my son to Dentistry 4 Kids for a few years now and their service and knowledge is unmatched! Their associates are professional, the dentists are patient and thorough. As a parent, things can get busy juggling multiple schedules so their text message and phone call appointment reminders are helpful. I have recommended friends and family here.

I’ve come to this location twice now and each time was a pleasant experience. The office is clean and nicely decorated for kids. The staff are nice and the dentist is gentle. My son actually enjoys it here and is happy to get a balloon at the end of the visit.

My son needed a lot of work and needed to be put down to sleep since my son is asthmatic I let the dentist know my concerns about putting him to sleep. The dentist was so patient with my son we did several sessions. I truly appreciate the patience he had and how he made my son feel confortable. 100% recommended.

I love taking my kids here because they are so professional and respectful towards the parents and the children. Staff very organized. I also like how clean it is. Everything looks very well taken care of.

Love the service here! I take my two kids and one is a toddler that always goes in scared. They’re so good at calming him down, they sing to him while brushing his teeth and it works every time!

This is such a great dental clinic for kids! The doctors and staff were so patient and caring. My child felt relaxed the whole time, and everything was explained to us clearly. Really happy with the service!
